2X Universal Ligation Mix, 100 rxns

2X Universal Ligation Mix is a ready-to-use mix containing T4 DNA Ligase and reaction buffer. It catalyzes the formation of a phosphodiester bond between adjacent 5’-phosphate and 3’-hydroxyl termini in double-stranded DNA or RNA. 

The T4 DNA Ligase can be used to ligate DNA sticky or blunt ends. It can also be used to repair nicks in double-stranded DNA having 3’-hydroxyl and 5’-phosphate ends. The mix allows rapid and more efficient DNA ligation reactions.

Features
Compatible with sticky ends, blunt ends, TA, linker or adapter ligation. 
Reaction mixutre can be used directly for bacterial transformation. 
 
Storage
Store at -20 °C, valid for 12 months. Avoid free-thaw cycles.
