Freezing and heating. The tubes are rated from -80°C to 121°C. Confirm that your own freezing, heating or autoclave procedure is suitable before use, because the manufacturer advises against autoclaving unless it is confirmed in the technical specifications. Do not assume liquid nitrogen compatibility. Always check that your rotor and adapter are rated for the force you plan to use.
