Product Description
Alkali-Tolerant Protein A AgaDex FF Affinity Resin is a fast-flow antibody affinity resin made of 4% cross-linked agarose single-point coupled with an engineered, alkali-tolerant recombinant Protein A (expressed in E. coli, animal-origin free). It gives a dynamic binding capacity of 60 mg human IgG per mL, withstands cleaning with 0.1-0.5 M NaOH and more than 100 CIP cycles, and has low ligand leakage and low host cell protein carry-over. It purifies antibodies of many subclasses from human, mouse, rat, rabbit, bovine and other species, and Fc-fusion proteins, from ascites, serum, cell culture supernatant or cell lysate.
