Product Description
Protein A AgaDex FF Affinity Resin is a fast-flow antibody affinity resin made of 4% cross-linked agarose coupled with recombinant Staphylococcus Protein A (expressed in E. coli, animal-origin free). The ligand keeps all five IgG-binding domains (E, D, A, B, C) of native Protein A and gives a dynamic binding capacity above 40 mg human IgG per mL. It purifies antibodies of many subclasses from human, mouse, rat, rabbit, bovine and other species, and Fc-fusion proteins, from ascites, serum, cell culture supernatant or cell lysate.
